Pella Windmill, upclose and personal
Pella's windmill (a 2002 authentic reproduction of an 1850 mill) is five stories tall so that it can catch the wind above the town's buildings. This shot is from the balcony outside the fourth floor, approximately ground level for your average, run-of-the-mill mill. It's also about two feet from the "don't stand here unless you want to get smacked off the building by an 80 foot wooden wing" point.
